Ely’s story begins at 22 Ely Place, a beautiful Georgian Townhouse, in the heart of Dublin. Pioneering quality wine by the glass, ELY WINE BAR opened its doors in December 1999. Ely has evolved over the years but dedication and enthusiasim for serving quality food and wine is still at its core.  Ely had a vision to re-energise the old building and create a unique experience for their customers ahead of their 20 year anniversary in 2019. A space that reflected their passions; The Burren; the Family Farm; Food & Wine Provenance.
